KYC/AML Compliance

To comply with international financial regulations, Midler requires identity verification for:

  • Transactions exceeding Rp 75.000.000
  • Users with a total lifetime volume over Rp 300.000.000

Dispute Resolution

1

Internal Negotiation

Parties are encouraged to resolve issues directly through the contract chat. The contract timeline can be extended if both parties agree.

2

Midler Mediation

If negotiation fails, a Midler case manager will review the evidence (chat logs, file uploads) and propose a non-binding resolution.

3

Binding Arbitration

For Advanced Contracts, parties may opt for binding arbitration. An independent arbitrator will make a final decision on fund distribution. This process incurs an additional fee of Rp 2.250.000 + 5% of the disputed amount.
