All contracts created on Midler are legally binding agreements. By default, contracts are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, unless a different jurisdiction is explicitly selected in an Advanced Contract.
KYC/AML Compliance
To comply with international financial regulations, Midler requires identity verification for:
- Transactions exceeding Rp 75.000.000
- Users with a total lifetime volume over Rp 300.000.000
- Withdrawals to certain high-risk jurisdictions
Dispute Resolution
Internal Negotiation
Parties are encouraged to resolve issues directly through the contract chat. The contract timeline can be extended if both parties agree.
Midler Mediation
If negotiation fails, a Midler case manager will review the evidence (chat logs, file uploads) and propose a non-binding resolution.
Binding Arbitration
For Advanced Contracts, parties may opt for binding arbitration. An independent arbitrator will make a final decision on fund distribution. This process incurs an additional fee of Rp 2.250.000 + 5% of the disputed amount.
